Peace of Mind

'Peace',you can get by coming to your inner being.This is the simple rule that you should follow just sitting in a silent room without thinking anything. Be silent and watch your breathing. your breathing is automatic, it is going in and going out. Just watch it. Slowly slowly your breathing will be very slow. Your volume of peace will increase. A thoughtlessness situation will be created in your mind. Just be with that situation for some time. you will get 'Ananda', the eternal peace. You are searching it for many times here and there. But it is within you. Don't go for unnecessary chatting and discussion. It is better to be silent yourself sometime every day so that it will grow your mind and memory power.
