CHECK YOUR FOOD HABIT

Friends, it's your food habit which makes you healthy or diseased. Yes, you may make yourself strong or weak. This is because how you take food. You may make your body heavy or light. If your body is light - you can work more, you can use your mind more, you can play games, you can do more work and if your body is heavy you can not do anything only you will need a bed as you feel sleepy. So my dear friends, don't eat more . If you eat less, your life can be lengthy. Our 90 percent health problems start from the belly. More eating will pressurise your digestive system . If it will work more, you will be old early. It's better to make a habit of eating vegetarian food than non vegetarian as our body is fit for vegetarian food which are easily digestive. 90 percent of cancer occurs because of unchecked non vegetarian food taken . Take care. your food habit will keep you fit and fare. Thanks.

  1. Every human being should be vegetarian, as because the digestive system of a human is meant for consumption of vegetarian foods. Consumption of non-veg is against its nature.
